Who we are

A national infrastructure platform β€” not a logistics business.

NovaChill is a Special Purpose Vehicle jointly promoted by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and Mystrose Agro Commodities Limited. We exist to build the cold-chain backbone of Nigeria's agricultural value chain β€” and, in time, of West Africa.

Our model brings together infrastructure, technology, energy systems, agricultural logistics, food preservation, ESG-led development and commercial aggregation under one disciplined operating platform.
